In 2002, as is our custom, Guardian Hose again participated in Rocky Ridge's parade. This year, we were honored to receive trophies for the Judges' Award for best appearing overall company, and for the Best Appearing 1,250 GPM or Over Pumper (In County) which was won by Engine 102.

The GHC banner was proudly carried in the line of march by LeAnna Gue and Ashley Brown, daughters of GHC Members Will and Dana Gue and Charlie and Lori Brown. Following the banner, Air Unit 10 was in the line of march, pulling a trailer on which rested our 1887 Hose Reel (the first piece of "apparatus" owned by Guardian Hose).  Following the Hose Reel were Engine Tanker 104, Engine 102, Rescue Engine 101, and, last, but not least, Squad 10.

The following are thumbnail pictures. Should you so desire, click on the small picture to see a larger version of it.
