Libertytown VFC Tanker 17 drops its load of water. Tanker
shuttle operations were put in effect due to drought-like conditions and
to help conserve water in the municipal water supply.
Superintendent of Public Works for the Town of Thurmont, Joe Fraley, and
Water Superintendent Gary Dingle were on scene. |
