Snow Removal to Help Prevent Building Collapse

February 18, 2003 - The weight of a significant overnight snowfall threatened to collapse the roofs of several of a local farmer's buildings, so the Guardian Hose Company along with mutual aide companies Vigilant Hose Company (Emmitsburg, Frederick County Company 6) and Graceham Volunteer Fire Company (Frederick County Company 18) joined up in a team effort to assist the farmer in snow removal.

Snow throwers, scoop shovels, and rakes were all put to use in snow removal efforts. Snow throwers, scoop shovels, and rakes were all put to use in snow removal efforts.
